Booker Gliding Club - Operations from Haddenham Airfield |
Booker Gliding club will be supporting the 2012 Olympics by moving their operation to Aylesbury/Thame airfield, this airfield adjoins Haddenham village and is also know locally as Haddenham. In addition to providing an exciting opportunity for club members to glide from Haddenham airfield, this move will make a significant contribution to the Olympics event by reducing the load on air traffic control units and lowering Olympic costs for the UK public.
This page of the Booker Gliding web site will be used to provide information about how the club will operate during the 2012 Olympics. Information on thie page is ONLY VALID between July 14th 2012 and August 15th 2012.
